My name is Jasmine Milani,  welcome to my website!

As long time meditator and seeker by nature, I've spent the last decade diving deeper into all things spiritual, with a focus on energy healing and the transformative power of meditation.   I can personally attest to the long term benefits and shifts that come from bringing awareness to and prioritizing one’s own healing.  

The benefits of a healthy spiritual life are:  well-being, curiosity, ease, awareness, neutrality and hope - not every minute of every day always - but more often than not.  A connection with our own divine spark is an entry point for a more meaningful and joyous existence.  

My own journey as a Reiki Master & Meditation Teacher, and graduate of Kathryn Schiff’s Ground & Gold Intuitive Healing Program, (along with an array of interests and studies!) led to the creation of Are You Spiritual?  where my goal is to be a friendly guide to help you on your own unique spiritual journey.​
