The Reality of Self-Healing
Self-healing isn't something that happens to you. It isn't fixing yourself, and it isn't chasing change.
It's learning to be present with what's actually happening in your body, your emotions, and your inner landscape — and transforming it from there.
Most people approach healing as a problem to solve. But the deepest shifts don't come from effort or performance. They come from clarity, presence, and lived experience.
Over four 90-minute sessions, Jasmine Milani will guide you through practical, experiential work with your own energy, your own patterns, and your own capacity to heal.
Presence Over Performance
This series isn't about relying on someone else to do the work for you. It's about learning to engage your own intuitive tools — so you can release what no longer serves you, and return to a steadier, more empowered version of yourself, again and again.
What You Will Learn
You'll learn how sensitivity actually works, and how to relate to it without being overwhelmed by it. You'll notice where you absorb energy from others and your environment — and how to come back to yourself, every time.
You'll be guided to:
Reconnect with your sense of self and energetic center
Understand how sensitivity works, and how to relate to it without overwhelm

Release patterns connected to past experiences, beliefs, and conditioning
Strengthen neutrality, presence, and self-trust
Work with intention and manifestation from a grounded, embodied place

My sessions are curated healing meditations based on the client's intentions and dedicated to their highest good.

Reiki Training
Interested in learning Reiki or continuing your training?
I'm so excited to offer Reiki Levels 1, 2 and 3 in small-group classes! I teach fairly "traditional" Usui Reiki, and trainings are scheduled once a minimum of participants have expressed interest.

Reiki Level 1/Initiate

This class is an introduction to Reiki, it's history and lineage, and the foundations of working with Reiki energy self-healing.

Reiki Level 2/Practitioner

Continue your practice and deepen your understanding and connection to Reiki. You will learn the three symbols and how to work with others and begin your own Reiki Practice.

Reiki Level 3/Master

Advanced Reiki training for those ready to take their practice to the next level. You will receive the Master symbol and learn the attunement process.
