The Are You Spiritual? Podcast, hosted by Jasmine Milani, was created with the intention to provide a welcoming environment that guides the seeker deeper into alignment with one's own spiritual sovereignty.  

Awareness is a facet of enlightenment, and Are You Spiritual? Invites the listener into the conversation so that they can make their own spiritual decisions without feeling lost or getting sucked into a cult. 

In each episode, the intention is to stay curious and open minded while exploring trends, movements, and hype in the Spiritual Community.  This podcast is for the seekers out there looking to find deeper understanding in a friendly accessible way.
